Bernard, president of Dimonoff, is a Canadian serial-entrepreneur, and is behind the creation and investment of several well-known technology companies including Berclain Group, GeocomTMS, and Taleo Enterprise (NASDAQ: TLEO).
Bernard is an experienced president with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. He has strong business development skills in Urban Tech, Smart Cities, Entrepreneurship, Energy Efficiency, Manufacturing and Lighting Control.
Decorated with the distinction for exceptional achievement of a young engineer by the Order of Engineers of Canada, he also received the Entrepreneur’s Award by the Association of Industrial Research Directors of Quebec.
He created Dimonoff in 2006, an innovative pioneer in wireless control and remote monitoring technologies. A master road networks and public infrastructures lighting, Dimonoff is among the top 5 leaders for smart street lighting control and is involved in 5 of the largest smart cities’ projects in the world.
As CEO, he leads a team of 70 employees, half of them are engineers, in the development of a comprehensive smart city infrastructure management IoT platform, including solutions services in software, firmware, and electronic control & monitoring hardware.
Bernard collaborated closely in the deployment of LED conversion for public lighting in several cities such as Mississauga, Montreal, Pittsburgh and Grand Rapids as responsible for the complete implementation of the wireless monitoring and lighting control system.
Daniel Noiseux
General Manager, Executive Vice President, Associate
Daniel Noiseux is the General Manager and Executive Vice President, and a shareholder of Dimonoff, as well as its Amotus division. With a background in mechanical and industrial engineering and an MBA in business management, he brings diverse expertise at the intersection of engineering, technology, and strategic development. He leads Dimonoff’s operations and growth vision with a strong focus on innovation, performance, and value creation.
A technology, automation, and digital transformation enthusiast, Daniel leverages his deep understanding of connected systems, IoT, and operational optimization to help organizations evolve their infrastructures and processes. His leadership is defined by a pragmatic, results-driven approach and a commitment to delivering reliable, durable solutions tailored to real-world industrial environments.
Outside of work, Daniel has a particular interest in outdoor sports, especially alpine skiing and sailing, which fuel his analytical mindset and passion for challenges.
Karine Piché
Director of Finance
Karine Piché is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience in multinational corporations and technology companies. She brings deep expertise in financial structuring, ERP implementation, and continuous improvement, skills she leverages to drive organizational performance and sustainable growth.
Before transitioning into the technology sector, Karine spent a decade at a leading U.S.-based medical technology company. There, she developed strong competencies in financial control, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. She later supported several innovative SMEs in deploying management systems, building performance indicators, and transforming their operational workflows.
Known for her engaging leadership and results-driven approach, Karine stands out for her ability to blend financial rigor, strategic vision, and operational efficiency. She plays an active role in building organizations that are more structured, more efficient, and well-equipped to support long-term growth.
Jostran Lamontagne
Vice President Sales & Marketing, Associate
Jostran Lamontagne is Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a shareholder at Dimonoff and Amotus, where he contributes to the development of connected and secure solutions in smart street lighting, intelligent parking, and custom IoT systems for businesses.
A mechanical engineer with an MBA and finance background, he brings extensive international experience, having led telecom projects across Europe and later managing an engineering firm for ten years. He combines strategic vision, technological expertise, and strong leadership to drive innovation and support the growth of smart city initiatives across North America.
Bruno Pimparé
Vice President Operations
Bruno has extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of products, the execution of complex engineering contracts as well as the optimization of business processes. He is a manager focused on organizing innovative means and achieving objectives, recognized for his management skills, his ability to analyze complex situations, his sense of innovation and his strategic leadership.

Vice President Technology & Innovation
Christian is passionate about developing expertise and fostering a culture of innovation. With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, he has led the creation of large-scale technological solutions and guided the evolution of high-value products by combining strategic vision, strong execution, and deep technical knowledge.
Throughout his career, he has built and grown world-class teams while expanding his scope into cloud-native platforms, cybersecurity, IT operations, and both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
Christian stands out for his people-centered leadership and an innovation approach firmly focused on impact and long-term sustainability.
